This support site offers you the capability to create "Account" according to your uses.
"Account" can be added by group or individually and for each account, you can set whether to receive notification mails, view product information, and give authority to register calls and download product-related files.
Note: "Account" addition is available through the "Administration" Service.

Case1

We want to specify viewable product information for each of users.

We want to view calls logged with other "Accounts".

Case3

We want to give authority to register calls or download product files only to specific users.
